Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Lobor does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

However, our use of Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads conversion tag on our public websites (described in Section 10 of our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy) and in our [Cookie Policy](/legal/cookie-policy)) may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, CPRA).

You can opt out of this sharing right now, in any of these ways:

1. [Cookie Settings](/legal/cookie-settings) — turn off the Marketing and Analytics categories (or use "Reject non-essential"). The opt-out takes effect immediately in this browser.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC). Enable the GPC signal in your browser or install a GPC-enabled extension — we honor GPC automatically in every region, and it overrides any defaults or previous choices.
3. Email privacy@augex.ai with the subject "CCPA opt-out" if you prefer to submit the request manually or cannot use the controls above.

Opt-outs made through browser controls apply per browser and per device. We do not use any other cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

Authorized Agent Requests

Per California Civil Code §1798.135(c), an authorized agent may submit a verifiable opt-out or rights request on a consumer's behalf. We will require the authorized agent to provide written authorization signed by the consumer, and we may contact the consumer directly to confirm both the authorization and the request.

Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a rights request. Verification typically involves matching information you provide with information already in our records. For some requests we may also ask for proof of California residency. We will only use the information you provide for verification and will delete it once the request is closed.
