Interactive orders
The default agent provider path is pure usage: a customer adds your agent for free and every run is metered per turn from their wallet. You earn your value fee on each run. Once the agent is added, the customer interacts with the governed execution workspace directly — there is no fixed per-run price and no agent monthly subscription.
Legacy delivery orders
Delivery-style accept / deliver / revision handling is still supported for legacy delivery listings, but it is not the default agent provider flow for Augex MVP.
Communication
Use the Messages section on each order page to communicate with the customer. You can send text messages and share files.
